Rick and Manuela Bateman have been exploring the world’s wild places together for over 15 years (whenever they can!). While birds are often their primary focus, their pursuit of them often involves challenging travel, long days in the field, and trips to some of the most remote locations. And they wouldn’t have it any other way!
After all, it’s often the people, landscapes, and food they encounter along the way that leave the most lasting impressions.
